Birthday Party

Be the apple of your child's eye by booking a birthday party here at our structured gymnastics facility.

Birthday parties can be booked for either one hour or two hour rental of our facility and include instruction from our qualified coaches. You can use part of your rental for presents and cake.  Standard rates apply.  The office at the gymnasctics club also has an assortment of goodie bag / party supplies, (bracelets, tatoos, stickers, pencils and other items).  For bookings call Becky at the office 250-847-FLIP (3547)

Christmas Party / Staff Party

What a perfect way to create lasting friendships and show your staff you appreciate the hard work they do.  Book your Christmas Party at the gymnastics club.  Parties can be booked for any duration in length.  Standard rates apply for one or two hour parties, for longer parties call the gym and enquire about a rate.  For bookings call Becky at the office 250-847-FLIP (3547)

Group Play Dates / Any Occassion

Gather your friends together with your children and book the gymnastics club.  Come on in for an hour or two, share the cost and receive instruction from one of our certified coaches.  During the long dreary days of winter there is no better place than the gymnastics club for your children to come an burn some energy and have some fun.  Standard rates apply for one or two hour bookings.  For bookings call Becky at the office 250-847-FLIP (3547).

School Classes / Daycare Groups

Calling all teacher and daycare providers.  Call the gymnastics club to book your special sessions for your school class or daycare.  We offer a special three class session for school classes and daycares.  Call to enquire about our special rate.  For bookings call Becky at the office 250-847-FLIP (3547). 

50% prepayment required for all parties and bookings.  Standard rates are $65 per hour or $120 for 2 hours.

At the end of the party/booking we would appreciate the gym to be in the same condition as when you arrived.  Ensuring that the eating area is left clean and tidy in preparation for the next group, and that you have all your belongings with you.

Smithers Saltos Party/Private Bookings Expecations & Requirements.

All participants should be wearing proper gym attire (shorts/sweats & t-shirt) no socks or jewellery.

Adult supervisors are required for all birthday parties/private bookings.  We will advise you of how many supervisors you are required to supply based on the number of guests and their age.

Guests in addition to the numbers listed below will not be allowed to participate (due to coaches required) and no refunds will be issued for guests who do not show up.
